By accessing or using GameMaster ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

GameMaster provides sports statistics, analytics, and AI-generated predictions for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not facilitate, promote, or endorse gambling or sports betting. Predictions are generated by machine learning models and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameMaster. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe; your payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy

7. Predictions Disclaimer

All predictions, confidence scores, and analytics provided by GameMaster are generated by automated machine learning models for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or any professional recommendation. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy. GameMaster assumes no liability for any decisions made based on content provided by the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GameMaster — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by GameMaster and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Content

By submitting content to GameMaster (picks, profile information, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameMaster and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
